Lost Actors on Waikiki Beach for Season Premiere
60Stars were shining brightly even before it was dark on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii on Friday night, January 30, 2010. For diehard fans of the television hit LOST, it was a dream come true to see the actors and actresses up close and personal.
The red carpet was laid out across the sand and the crowds were not disappointed. Streaming video was available for those unfortunate souls that could not make it to the beach. You can watch the replay of the video stream here.
Those who went to greet and cheer on their favorite actors also got to see the first episode of the last series of Lost . Promises to unravel some of the mysteries of the story have us all guessing about the outcomes. Who will end up with who? Who will lose their life? The questions are many and the answers few, so for those of us who have been lost for some time now, we are anxious to reach some conclusions.
More than 10,000 fans were on Waikiki Beach to greet the actors who were very cordial and talked to many of them.
Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Josh Holloway, Yunjin Kim, Daniel Dae Kim, and Michael Emerson were among the actors that walked down the red carpet on the beach.
You may better know them Dr. Jack Shephard, Kate Austen, Sawyer Ford, Sun Kwon, Jin Kwon, and Benjamin Linus.
Personally, my favorite is John Locke (Terry O'Quinn). I also like Hurley (Jorge Garcia). They were also seen on the beach and many others.
Twitter and Facebook were very busy trying to keep up with the updates from fans mesmerized with the television stars all being on their rock at the same time. I understand that some fans even flew in from colder locations to enjoy the weather while trying to get a chance to meet the stars.
Living in Hawaii while Lost has been filmed makes me want to watch it even more. I can recognize many of the places where they were on location. I have passed the broken remains of the doomed airplane several times on my travels. It is getting covered over by lots of vines. My favorite place that they filmed is from the North Shore to Honolulu. Here is a picture I took of it - you might recognize it from the show.
Have a great season with LOST. I look forward to some resolution but will be sad to have it finish. I also loved Prison Break and ER and will miss them. Aloha from Hawaii!!

Wow! You are blessed living in such a beautiful place! I have never been there, but I plan to visit in next 2 years on my grand american trip! I love the show LOST, and love that you got to see lots of my TV heroes!
I love this show. Luckily I don't live in Hawaii, because I would probably get in trouble for trying to get on the set to find out what happens.
