Although I live in Hawaii now, my other home is Utah. When you are in Utah for business or pleasure, make sure to visit The Gateway . It covers 30 acres, has over 130 stores, and a huge dancing fountain is featured.
This unique outside mall in the Rocky Mountains has become the most popular throughout Utah. Visitors to the state are thrilled with the mix of shops and premier restaurants available at The Gateway.

If you have a crave for a taste of Asia, The Thaifoon Restaurant offers an attractive and comfortable atmosphere. Bangkok duck drizzled with a special sauce served with cabbage salad and citrus dressing is a favorite. Of course you can choose how spicy you prefer your meal to be. The restaurant is decorated with Asian artifacts, and includes a soothing continuously running water wall. There is also a Wall of Fame for guests.

The Tucanos Brazilian Grill at The Gateway is one of only four in the United States. Combining fresh meats and vegetables, seasoning them just right, and grilling them over open-flame grills on skewers is definitely a delight for the tastebuds. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon is a speciality. Of course, it is all you can eat. They arm you a Tucanos Cue which has green, yellow and red sides so you can communicate whether you want to keep going, are cautiously continuing, or better stop! There are also fried bananas, assorted breads, and a festival of salad to complete the meal. They also have Brazilian flan, or a tower of chocolate if you still have room. It is very affordable and offers a fun festive atmosphere.
